Home, the spot of earth supremely blest, A dearer, sweeter, humbler spot than all the rest. After more than 12 hours changing transportation from planes and metros, I’ve reached my beloved hometown safely in one piece. Thank God
Home has been treating me well, I had scrumptious dinner with my family, especially my grandparents who both prepared tons of food for my return. Filled up my stomach well enough despite having a rich profusion of meals on the plane back from Moscow to Singapore and satay on my way back on MAS. Feeling surprised initially when I peered upon all the familiar Asian looks and Malays instead of typical Europeans and Russians.
Slept for more than 12 hours straight due to jet lag, went for a movie with Kim last Sunday; I rated ‘The Last Air Bender’ a 3/5 since I’ve finished all the seasons for their animated version. Another seafood gathering with cousin Jenny and her family today at Top Spot since they served the best seafood around town. Total enjoyment!
Glad to see my cats again, cuddling them into my arms, squeezing them to tightly till their eye balls nearly popped out… Hmph okay that sounded wrong.
To-do list is piling up in self-activation mode, vigorous and rapid but I shall procrastinate for all I care. Documents, payments, spectacles to be repaired, paralyzed phone to be healed, friend gatherings [ now that’s going to be a tough one to handle ] and tons of photo editing and not forgotten to mention… shopping!
At the meantime, life shall remain blissful.
So sweet you're back in Kuching.
