Petergof is so far the most beautiful place I’ve been to. It’s an immensely luxurious royal estate, combination of several palaces and parks and fountains! We were all mesmerized the second we landed at the front gates of this palace.
There were ducklings swimming in this huge pond that are just too adorable to be true! Here’s a picture before we got our feet to enter this fairy land.
Some statues of a sea God, Poseidon I presumed.
This gives an effect as if one is in Alice & Wonderland
A long stretch of tall green trees leading towards one of the gardens
Coincidently, clouds as the background gives an effect as if this stature is smoking
A small portion of the grand palace
Front view of the grand palace
Grand Cascade, one of the main attractions here. This place is flooded with tourists from all over the world I tell you!
Noticed how bright and sunny it was that day!

It took us endless walking and road-signs-looking in order to wonder about in this palace. With all the tourists squeezing between each other like sardines in cans, we ended up finding this princess’ castle. Nice pond right?
View from some walking path, I had to wait for 2 Russian guys posing and taking their so-called ‘macho’ photos in order to take this. Not ‘macho’ or whatsoever from my version but… who cares! >.<
Next to it, lies this magnificent scenery of the Baltic Sea!
I’ll have a dream house with this view, where I can have serenity whenever I want
Me imitating a statue, instead of holding some scroll… I was holding my umbrella given by Hsu Zane. See how well Malaysians pose!
The statue next to Poseidon seemed to be dinking beer from a bottle and the other one sweating due to the blazing sun. *Sigh* I should be studying statue interpretation instead of medicine.
Some house with a nice garden
It’s summer so tourists decided to bath by the fountain! I’m not a pervert but alas, it would be ten times better if they were Russian babes in bikinis by the fountain right.
Told you there were fountains everywhere! Beats Kuching Waterfront I tell you
Couldn’t recall who this boob flasher is
Some sort of wishing fountain as I witness a lot of tourists throwing coins towards it
Flowers blossoming during this special summer. Whenever I observe meticulously at these beauties, I wonder to myself… How incredible can God be to create such alluring things!
Petergof trip was really an eye opener, brought me back to time of Peter The Great. Understanding their history, witnessing their unthinkable skills in architecture skills. Marvelous
Nice photo o~! :)
