So-Called Healthy Diet

The weird feeling urged up as I approached the kitchen, feels awkward that I haven’t been in the kitchen since finals started. Either that I’m too lazy or just to save time on preparing and cooking and cleaning; yet I am able to prepare myself a perfect 3 course meal. I was bragging to Carmen, Catherine & Eelin about how healthy my diet is this afternoon over lunch.

Breakfast was muesli and milk, filling but massively fattening since it contained dried fruits like bananas & berries. Calories, do guys even bother about them? I have an issue on guys constantly claiming that they’re fat just like how girls normally do; but when a guy does it… it’s like particularly irritating.

I normally skip lunch and stone under my series of either ‘American Dad’ or my most recent obsession ‘The F Word’ hosted by Gordon Ramsey. Talking about stomach stimulation. But I bought this piece of chocolate cake from a normal grocery store, it was sold for a fairly low price but amazingly moist and delicious. That was my lunch and desert for 2 days.

Dinner was ginseng chicken with potatoes, easiest dinner to prepare ever with a slow cooker. 4 hours with everything in there, you’ll get perfect chicken and tender potatoes with a really flavoursome soup to boost the brain.

Or if I’m in the mood to cook but yet still lazy to prepare something fancy; got some overnight mash potatoes and cook them again in butter and milk, popped some beans and pieces of cheese and pan fry some boiled drumsticks for dinner.

Not so healthy without much greens; hence greens are substituted with bottles of daily Vitamin C & multivitamins. I can begin my food blog posts soon enough when I’m home experimenting food.
