One of life's great fascinations is watching people evolve over time. Some people grow and develop, while others seem to be stuck in patterns that limit their happiness and well-being.
We tend to be vulnerable during childhood, receiving nurture and acquiring values. It seems like studying and gaining new knowledge is an endless process. We all started by entering pre-school, primary school, secondary school and finally into colleges and university.
4 simple stages ate up almost a quarter of our lifespan. Sometimes I wonder, out of the entire 20 years or more of intense cramming, barnstorming, practicing and when it comes to dealing with work and life, how much is actually vital and in use?
Despite how conceptual and metaphysical knowledge is, we still need a certain level of determination based on a piece of paper we call certificate in every stage. Like wise, if someone fails SPM and dreams to be a doctor? Smirks, good luck :)
Why can’t we just fast forward time and skip studying and working phase and head straight to retire mode, or even turn back time, rewind and pause during pre adolescent years.
Life is just too short to ponder of things like this. This brat loves doing nothing.
feeling freaking OLD right :D
