St. Petersburg: Bridge Opening & Hermitage

A continuation of my St. Petersburg trip last summer holidays, here are pictures taken during the bridge opening and Hermitage.

It was a great feeling strolling around the city pass midnight since it only gets dark after 10PM. Basically what I enjoyed the most during White Nights in St. Petersburg.

Hermitage by night

Took a shot while standing at those lights embedded in the floors

There was a group of youngsters performing fire playing show; and bunch of selfish people purposely ignoring them as they approach us viewers for donation, excluding me.

Everyone waited patiently for the bridge opening, lots of people were on boats passing through it as well.

We, Mike, Dennis & I visited some art museum on our way to Hermitage. It really inspired me a lot to have an empty room in the future with all my artworks, that is.. if I have the time to continue doodling, sketching, painting and crafting.

This building has really fascinating interiors

Passed by this tunnel, only available in European countries no idea why

After several minutes of walking, we finally arrived the gorgeous, stunning looking Hermitage; it was jammed packed with tourist and the queue to buy tickets were static and endless.

Came across this huge mirror and snapped a picture of it, I’ve forgotten what is the main purpose but I think it was created for some earthly environmental purposes by those famous environmentalists and tree huggers.

I bumped into this artistic girl again!
