More Baking

Since my first apple pie that I baked looked like as if it has earthworms on them, I decided to bake another one! This time without pre cooking the apples first, but dumping them all into the pastry one go with lime juice. Turned out slightly sour and creates sparks when taken with Smuckers sugar-free strawberry jam.

Mum baked a tray of egg tarts! I intend to bake some of these and do some heavenly good deed making by sharing them with some friends of mine. Let’s hope that mine will turn out as scrumptious as mum’s.I miraculously woke up at 8AM and headed for breakfast with Ling Ying, Diana, Shi Ying, Mei Ling and Tu Chai. Eventually 2 guys turned out out of 6 since lazy bums couldn’t get up from their siesta.

It’s fun sitting with a whole table of future lawyers, teachers and present form 6 students, a clear divergent between the free stress-less ones [ us ]  and the dementedly stressed ones [ form 6 ones facing STPM soon ] 

Cousin Annie & Titus brought their baby boy for a little visit :)
