God Helps

Studying itself is strenous, but studying last minute is like exposing your brain to homicide. The agony, torment and plague one suffers.

A typical whine, more of a bleat thing that I normally do before any exam or whatsoever: “Cannot! Not enough time to read already! Confirm gonna die for tomorrow!”

A friend of mine was telling me: “Don’t worry, God will see through your efforts and make the best out of everything.”

I was looking at myself, time management is a true failure when it comes to balancing time between leisure, study and relation. Sometimes [ obviously I tend to twist things in order to make it sound nicer ] I just waste all my time instead of studying, like having dinner more than an hour so that I can finish up a drama thanks to bloody high speed internet connectivity.

Excuses pour in like everlasting stream of river. Downcast, God wouldn’t even bother to help someone who didn’t make much of an effort in studying; and this was last minute studying some more.

A tad bit pissed at myself.

Another archetypal reaction: “Die! Confirm die! I didn’t even study!”

Well guess what, God did performed a miracle for me today. When He promised us that He will help everyone of us, He really meant it. Regardless of who you are or what you did, there is always hope with God.

It was an awakening for me, a tiny matter that most of us will ignore on our daily basis but somehow it taught me a lesson. I’ve got confessions to make to the one up there and a huge appreciation towards this friend of mine.

She made me love God even more.
