I have to pronounce a confession about the sins I have done today, I done a so-called thievery thing. In short, I’ve “stole” RM8.00. Well, it’s not that I shoved over a junior and threatened him for 8 bucks or grab people’s wallet by purpose. I can address that the money actually approached to me. Hard to believe??? Allow me to recall the situation.
Break time as we all know is a very precious and valued time; I took the opportunity to hang around with my friends since the horrid examinations are over. Human organisms require food to survive and so do I. However in my extreme case of poverty I had totally forgotten to bring money to school to grab food, *dumbness invading my brain*; this is when Bernice saw cash on the floor!!!! Fancy how it happened, I mean I didn’t have cash and out of the blue it 8 bucks appeared on the floor beneath the opposite chair. Without any doubt Bernice took the money. Hmmm…I don’t consider this as sin, more than self-survival cause I’m suffering from minor starvation. Further more, there is always a Malay phrase which says “ada rezeki jangan ditolak”. So, Bernice, Nicole and I shared the 8 bucks among ourselves and we managed to order 2 glasses of lime juice, teh C peng, Maggie noodles and fried rice. Look!!! 8 bucks actually saved lives of 3 individuals.
