I Turn 19

My birthday turned out to be a hell lot of mess, maybe ‘mess’ isn’t the proper term but considering the fact that I’ve been given endless surprises by my fellow batch mates and seniors… ‘mess’ would perfectly fit in.

Thanks to the big one up there who managed to remove my fever, the doctor miraculously discharged me a day before my birthday! What a coincidence right?

So, what actually happened during the big day. The whole region suffered from a massive water break down, so there was totally not a single drop of water last Saturday. Typically headed for Chemistry class, decided to tag along with Dennis to Shen Yew’s new apartment to take a look until Eelin forced me not to since she has another 10kg parcel waiting at the post office. Without any doubt, I ended up with Eelin in the post office and alas! She forgotten her receipt.

We decided to go back to our hostels until Mike called saying that he’s eating alone at Grand Cafe. Perfect timing I was thinking since he was alone, why not accompany him. Stumbled upon Dennis along the way without feeling weird until the moment I stepped into Grand Cafe and saw a whole table booked, all of my batch mates sitting there.

What a surprise! Then I realised… They had planned all this for my birthday.

I had a great afternoon, a great time to bring everyone back together again.
